Award of Tender for Land Parcel at Jalan Anak Bukit
The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has awarded the tender for the commercial and residential site at Jalan Anak Bukit to FE Landmark Pte. Ltd., FEC Residences Trustee Pte. Ltd. and FEC Retail Trustee Pte. Ltd.
These companies which are under the Singapore real estate developer Far East Organization and its Hong Kong-based sister company Sino Group submitted the highest bid in the tender for the site.
The Concept and Price Revenue tender for the subject site at Jalan Anak Bukit was launched for sale on 30 June 2020. The tender closed on 29 June 2021. A total of five Concept Proposals from three tenderers were received.

Design of The Reserve Residences
The Reserve Residences demonstrates a well-conceived design strategy combining generously spaced building blocks with well-considered tropical design. A combination of low, mid and high rise blocks distributed at either sides of the land plot together with the facilities deck with multiple swimming pools create a valley-like design that forms a wind corridor to enhance the natural ventilation into the project.

Private residential units are located in 4 low-rise towers (levels 6 to 11), 2 mid-rise towers (levels 4 to 16) and 2 high-rise towers (levels 4 to 32). Unit mix comprises of 1 bedroom to 5 bedroom units. They are differentiated into 4 collections, namely, The Reserve Residences, Horizon, Treetops and Creekside.

Units under The Reserve Residences collection are located in the 2 mid-rise towers and the 2 high-rise towers. They are 1 bedroom to 3 bedroom + study units and form the majority of the units in the development.
Horizon units are also located in the mid-rise and high-rise towers. They are of 3 bedroom and 4 bedroom types.
