Land Parcel Bid For Ang Mo Kio Ave 1 GLS
Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) launched the 99-year leasehold site for tender on 26th November 2020. The tender was closed on 25th May 2021, six months later. The residential non-landed plot was awarded to United Venture Development (2021), a 60:20:20 joint venture between UOL Group, Singapore Land Group, and Kheng Leong Company. The group submitted a winning bid of $381.4m amongst stiff competition from another 14 tenderers.
